My experience with PuroClean was outstanding. They were wonderful at communicating their concerns and worked around my schedule to make their daily stops to check my basement for dryness after a leak on our drywall. Their workers went above and beyond their duties when they found a second leak and I could not get a plumber here until the next day. PuroClean found some tubing in their truck and rigged a system to keep the water from doing further damage to the drywall. Every interaction with the company was helpful and professional.

The goodWhen we (Stephenson household-my last name may not match records) had our flooding, the company was prompt and courteous.The badBecause we were so pleased with PuroClean, we also used them to fix the damaged floors. For the first two years, we had no issues. However, the floors slowly began to buckle, progressively getting worse. Now the floors are detaching and separating. PuroClean recently came out to look at the damage and acknowledged the floors were installed incorrectly. However, they claimed that it’s not their problem any longer as the manufacturer warranty has expired (which should be irrelevant as the product isn’t an issue-the workmanship is). They then told us they could fix it (at our cost).It’s hard to trust a company who not only won’t stand by their work but also has the gall to charge the customer for their error. As I stand on my funhouse floors and start saving to replace these floors entirely (less than 5 years out), I can only advise whoever reads this to stay away from this company-or pray you have no issues in the future.

From my first phone call to my last visit, PuroClean made my mess less stressful. Tony, Chuck and Eli were super awesome to work with. Highly recommend PuroClean !
