PuroClean tackled my 125 year old unfinished 3rd floor attic full of old coal soot, dust, dirt, roofing nails and debris, garbage, old furniture left by previous owners, etc. I literally didn’t know who to contact for this type of work. The 3 people assigned were FABULOUS. Very professional, extremely careful not to knick 1st & 2nd floor walls, they covered white carpet to keep clean and avoided light fixtures. Nice, polite, pleasant guys. I cannot even believe what a great job they did or that what they accomplished was even possible. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

During 2 weeks of rain and wind we had leaks coming through our bedroom and family room. I called Rick on a Sunday and he was out on Monday. He sent Chuck and Sharnay (sorry about the spelling if it's wrong) and they went right to work. They asked to see the areas and then cut out all of the damaged drywall and let it air out. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. The demo took a minimal amount of time and they left with the open areas sealed and cleaned. Highly recommend PuroClean!

I could not praise this business more, for it excelled in everything from start to finish in removing the grisly mold from my basement. Nicholas Moore came to assess the damage and was pleasant, informative, and efficient. He sent me estimates an hour after he left--unheard of, in my experience. The price quoted for eliminating the mold and for painting the walls afterwards was so reasonable that I did not follow my usual habit of acquiring two other estimates. The two specialists who did the job--Gage and Angel--were extraordinary: punctual, considerate, and splendid in completing the work thoroughly and expeditiously. They did such a terrific job that the basement now looks better than it did when I bought the house fifteen years ago! In short, this business and its personnel are superlative. FAST, EFFICIENT and EXCELLENT job on my crawlspace! it's been so hard to find good people, at a fair price that do a good job anymore--but not with PUROCLEAN!Showed up within hours of my initial call, then started work the next day! The friendly team went above and beyond to remediate my crawl, remove mold, painted, installed insulation and barrier put down-- Cleaned up very well after themselves (no tracking dirt and debris through my house) Excellent communication throughout from team leader as well as the work crew and job thoroughly well done! Exceeded my expectations! Had a mishap with a pipe in my basement, and this company was called by my insurance company. Was pretty anxious because I was going out of town, Joel came out pretty much immediately to assess and get a plan and a quote. There is one guy, Norman, who came out the first day and was here alone until past 8-9pm. He has been out there pretty much every day checking in on things and giving me updates, and overall has been really great to work with. They will also be doing some of the reconstruction, and I have confidence it is going to be great. Very satisfied so far.
